My fellow Brother, sisters, friends or anyone reading this.review. i.am seriously writting this review from the depth of my heart not because i have any evil agenda with thia company called MIGRATE WORLDWIDE, i am writting.this.because i have gallen victim into their scam which i signed up with their canada service since January this year 2016. Truly, Truly and Truly speaking this company called MIGRATE WORLWIDE , they are a VERY BIG BIG SCAMMERS. Read below is my story and expereince with this company. After several follow from their company calling.me to remind me about their product and services, eventualy I was at their office Cape town CBD at 59 Long street, 1st Floor, Langham House, Cape Town, 8001, where i finally met a young man called Mr. KHAN IMTIAZ who claimed to be the sales consultant. And we discussed about the canada work sponsorship visa. And i paid my first deposit to start the process in January to pay my final balance on the 29th of February. One month later KHAN IMTIAZ said he is no longer working in the company... and my file was been handled by a consultant called NAPHEEZ. I was informed to pay my due balance payment and which i did. In March i was called by a lady called SASKIA and i was told that NAPHEEZ is no working there that she is handling.my file now. I went to their office in cape town CBD i doscovered the company was moving/relocating out of that venue without nformating their client about their relocation via email or sms or address change on their website. I saw Mr. JONATHAN that same day who says he owns the company and he said they are moving to Century city and we will be communicated. My friends there was no communication to anyone about their new address on their website or wherever. From that day if i schedule to meet in their new office they will hardlt give me an appointment date. Drom March till July there was no progress in my application it was same story and i doscovered that MIGRATE WORLDWIDE doesnt.know their job, infact they are still learning how to process whatever they claim they can do. From JULY a so called name DANIEL BENSON sent me.an email that he is.my new consultant thag SASKIA is medical down at the moment. I called severally to speak with DANIEL BENSON and i was.told severally that he is busy, or on lunch and he will call.me back and there was no call back. I decided to visit the office address DANIEL BENSON placed on his email.....1ST FLOOR, FOYER 3 COLLESEUM BUILDING, CENTURY CITY. I went there uninvited and behold the first person i saw coming out from a door was MR. KHAN IMTIAZ... and i asked him where is.migrate world wide office in this first floor.. he said he doesnt know, and he says he is no more working with the company that he is working with a new company. In that same first floor foyer 3. He took me to a reception in a office called REGUS and they said they dont know about the where about of migrate worldwide and this happened just on the 16th of August. I have been calling their office number for.days now and nobody picks up, i called MR. JONATHAN for days.now and.no response and call.backs and i called MR. KHAN IMTIAZ no response.and call backs. They know that people are hunting.after them so they refuse to.receive their calls. This COMPANY is a scam. I STRONGLY ADVICE ANYONE NOT TO USE THEM. they are scammers. Migrate Review Unethical and false sales tactic

After many e-mails and phones calls (careful their calls are not recorded), Migrate Worldwide agreed to refund us 50%. This was on 5 February 2016. We have received nothing to date. The sales pitch was false and all our details were loaded incorrectly by Clinton Boucher. We have submitted a complaint to the Consumer Protector and Migrate Worldwide cannot provide us with the telephones recordings and insist on communicating over the phone and hardly responds over e-mail. (No record of bad advice and unethical behaviour) However Migrate Worldwide CONFIRMED to the Consumer Protector that they will refund us 50% however they will contact us to make PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS as they have a cashflow problem. Well that was 3 weeks ago and no arrangement was made. Note that the refund is only for R15,000.00 not hundreds of thousands of rands and they can't even manage this. Steer Clear from Migrate worldwide if I can give you sum advise. We were also advised that we will not receive our refund until we remove all complaints from social media. Well this is extremely unethical and makes one realise why you dont find many bad reviews on them.......Blackmailing. Well we refuse to be blackmailed. I will let everyone know about their conduct.

Another point to consider when using Migrate Worldwide - Ask them to put everything in writing. I have requested them on numerous times to communicate on e-mail and they always insisted on calling AND their calls are not recorded. (We found this out when we requested the recordings).

Still did not get our money back. Jonathan called and asked me to remove the complaints and i advised that i will remove it once we receive our refund. He said "leave it to me" - well that was a month ago. Ricky always has a new excuse. The latest is: there is a list and they are working through the list to do refunds. Only a certain amount is allocated towards refunds. Makes one wonder how long that list is if we have been waiting since 5 December. He further mentioned that the "directors" are not happy about my complaints on social media. (Even though i gave them ample time to resolve and warned them of my next steps). Well we always here about these directors and never get the opportunity to speak to them and we are not even given names. Sounds like they sit in their big offices and just give out instructions. No contact with the client or any concern. I would like to warn you, before you pay the promises are sweet and the service is brilliant. But afterwards its a different story. And once you paid......that is it. AND they are NOT registered on the Canadian Immigration board, as we logged a complaint with them and they confirmed there is nothing they can do as Migrate Worldwide is not approved by them.

I would like to add that no communication went out when they moved premises. I by chance was sitting in a coffee shop opposite the building in Loop Street and saw people moving boxes.

So I went over and spoke with Ricky who was so slick with his words. That day put me on high alert about this company.

I would like to stand with you on this issue. I have spoken to the exact same people you mention and till now I have been patient with this company.

I was told by Ricky that my case will be closed after 6 months and I said well no one told me this. It has now been over 5 months and nothing. I emailed and asked what will happen with my R25k that was paid and Daniel Benson called me and said that he will step in and they will extend my case period.

He doesn't state for how long and it's been almost two weeks I haven't heard from him. I too will be going viral on social media.

Matter not resolved yet. New dead lines and new excuses given for our refund.

The Consumer protector is involved now, so I will not lodge further details until this matter has been resolved.

Think we should get together, and take all our evidence to the police to open a case of fraud against Ricky Patel (also known as Ricardo Patel) Saskia Hanslo, and Stuart Hendrikse's.

It seem like the company "Migrate Worldwide" went AWOL.

Their phones is just ringing.

And the funny thing the address that they "proudly" moved to, belong to Breytenbachs Immigration Consultants Cape Town Cape Town, Western Cape

First floor, Foyer 3 The Colosseum Building Century City, Cape Town, Western Cape 7441.

They have stolen our money, sound like yours to and my uncle also paid them 30k without receiving a refund.

We have reported the matter to the National Consumer Commission and they are busy investigating the matter. I suggest you do the same.

It takes them 60 days and they keep you updated along the way, but at least they are looking into the matter.

I really hope you get sorted out. Whether we will get our money back or not, I dont know, but until then, my mission will be to warn as many people as possible to stay far far away.

They are in fact at those premises along with a number of companies.

We went to go see them at the listed address.

First floor, Foyer 3 The Colosseum Building Century City, Cape Town, Western Cape 7441

There is a lug and lettuce next to the building and a hotel.

As expected we have not received our refund and now the company is being Liquidated.

Please do not let this full you, as they have had previous migration companies that have been liquidated and then they just start a new one under a new name:

The following names will pop up :

Clint Boucher

Jonathan Hendrikse

Stuart Hendrikse And probably a few more name.

Be carefull not to fall in the same trap as us. Kind regards Alexei

The service they provide is a Joke. They have a new excuse every day.

Poor Ricky Patel must phone us every week with a new excuse. He is only the messenger and as they say "don't shoot the messenger". But wow, the excuses are a joke. The newest excuse is: We moved and the move cost us a fortune.

The refund will be done at month end.

(3 months later). I am a little concerned about their financial well being.

We logged a query on the Internet in September 2015. Jonathan Hendrikse first called me and then handed my file over to Clinton Boucher. Clint asked me a few questions, which I answered truthfully and he said things like "wow, I have never had someone answer yes to so many of the NOC Code questions" and "You are an excellent candidate" and he told myself and my husband "How do you feel about the fact that you will be in Canada within 6 - 8 months". After these calls we where so excited and immediately paid the deposit of R15,000.00 and 30 days thereafter R7500.00 and 30 days thereafter R7500.00. We received reminders on the day. Never late. But it took them over 2 and a half month to do our resumes. They have only applied for 16 jobs in 4 months!!!!. Further to this. Clint did not answer the questions correctly and when our file was handed over to the case manager Tammy Smith we not longer qualified for Express entry and we had to get work to be able to go to Canada. All questions we had where answered from Google (Copy and paste). We could do this our selves. There where constant delays and excuses (people on leave, people sick, Back log etc). The only competent person was Kim and she provided training on the IELTS and the Skype interviews. This was in vein as Migrate worldwide only applied for 16 jobs exactly the same way we applied for over 400 jobs - Through Job Bank and Indeed. No special recruiters and no setting up of Skype interviews. No SPECIAL Service as advised in the sales pitch. We logged a formal complaint which took Migrate worldwide 3 weeks to respond to. They then committed to pay 50% of our fees back and we have now been waiting for 9 weeks. No response from our e-mails anymore and they also ignoring our request for the Voice recordings. We had no other choice but to start legal action.

I'm dealing with Dan Benson. Also a joke!!

I have left 10 messages over the last two weeks and sent an email asking him to call me every single day. No luck.

I have now escalated it to Ricky Patel and awaiting feedback. On top of that I cannot get through to their phone lines!

Thanks Lauren for all your help. Dublin wasn't my first choice but anything is better then SA at this point :) I would also like to thank Daniel for always keeping me updated on how things are going. When we started we were skeptical but things really did turn out for the best. I would recommend these chaps to anyone looking to work abroad. I have spent close to 70k in the last 2 years with no luck, but after going with these guys something finally come around. Speak to the guys in the Cape Town and UK offices, they really no there stuff

Good, professional, knowlegable and always goes the extra mile. The service team are very friendly and always update me on what they think is best for my situation. I have tried several other comapnies and Migrate Worldwide was the cheapest and offered the most for my money. I have had great feedback from employers and I am currently waiting for a nomination. In all fairness immigration is very confusing. It is good to choose a agency and out of the lot they seem the best. This is my 2 cents :)

A job well done to Lewis in NZL and Lauren in CPT. Kept on digging away and eventually the ball dropped! I would like to thank CV services on creating a CV I feel is way above PAR! Hello Mr Hendrikse Can you confirm that you, your brother Stuart Hendrikse, his partner Lisa your other sales person Nicole and your customer service people Cym all worked at the immigration scam company - IXP Visa, GlobalVisa, IP Visa? I have proof that you did so happy to share with everybody on pissed consumer. If you are so reputable why did you work there scamming people. I see negative comments about Stuart Hendrikse from GLobalVisas on Hello Peter and also on other blogs warning of your scam. I also see your company on other complaints boards. Maybe some customers are happy but others like me are not. Rather than send an email here whhy dont you call me and resolve the issue with a full refund. Like i requested 6 months ago

I got my refund back within 7 days. They asked me to put this on the web.

My case ref number is 123847 and I cancelled due to health issues. In my opinion they did quite a good job up until my unforeseen circumstances.

Global visas staff ranged between 1000 - **** from across 5 countries. A lot of people lost their houses because Liam Clifford and him alone was scamming people and firing people left right and centre.

I worked for him around 6 years ago and I too believed he was helping people until i realized he never paid the lawyers that were involved in people's applications.

Migrate worldwide is a total different organization which I am working for now. This company offers a tangible service and I am seeing wonderful things happen.

I have heard a lot of negative comments from rival companies trying to slander MW.

We have various safeguards for our clients as I work in the complaints department. I ask the writer of this comment to provide your client relationship number and I will be in touch to discuss your options and refund.

I starting using these people and paid them 50% of 25k rand to help me find a job in Canada. I then found out that Stuart Hendrikse and my sales person Nicole and service person Cym were all from IXP Visas who had scammed people in South Africa already. They promised me that they were different but after 6 months and no job offer - its just the same fraud. Be warned that they make lots of promises and dump you just like IXP Visas clients and when i tried to get a refund they said yes to begin with and 3 months later and over 20 phone calls still nothing has happened and now they refuse to answer my calls. Do not use Migrate Worldwide, 59 Long street, 1st Floor, Langham House, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa Manager Stuart Hendrikse and Jonathan Hendrikse

Are any of us going to actually get refunds for non services rendered. There has been no correspondence from Migrate Worldwide since August 2016 and I have noticed on your website it going under liquidation.

Could you please advise what is the status of the company? Was any of this really a scam or is the liquidation legit?
